2014 JE DESIGN SEAT Leon Cupra 5-Door Wide Body

In the final stretch of the year, JE DESIGN from Leingarten in Swabia puts the pedal to the metal one more time! The refiner expands its already extensive program with a wide body kit for the Seat Leon Cupra 5F five-door hatchback as well as with a flap exhaust system carrying an EC approval.
Dynamic, sporty, elegant: The most powerful series Seat ever already packs a wallop right off the production line. JE DESIGN injects the vivacious compact sports car with an extra dose of racing – in the form of a respectable power boost and of the now available widebody kit for three and five-door models in the style of the Leon Cup racer.
The widebody kit, available for 6,188 Euro, optically transforms the Spanish compact rocket into a real eye-catcher. A three-part bumper attachment, massive wheel arch flares front and rear, side skirts in carbon look and a rear apron with two molded diffusers make the family-friendly model into a brute power athlete. The twin tailpipes integrated in the rear apron with the dimensions 105 x 85 millimeters accent the sporty and aggressive look.

2015 BMW 2-Series Active Tourer xDrive

Since the premiere of the first four-wheel drive BMW 325i in 1985, BMW has consistently expanded its four-wheel drive competence with new models and constant further development in the field of drive technology. One of the milestones is undoubtedly the intelligent four-wheel drive system BMW xDrive, which was first used in the BMW X3 and the X5 in 2004 and is now available for numerous models and series. Even at that time, engineers did not focus solely on improving traction and vehicle stability. In addition to a high degree of functionality and enhanced cornering dynamics, the minimisation of system-related losses and constant weight reduction are top priorities set to keep the fuel consumption and emission levels of four-wheel drive vehicles as low as possible. To this end, the intelligent four-wheel drive system BMW xDrive is always aligned to each vehicle concept (Sedan/Coupe, SAV, SAC) with the aim of implementing the optimum solution.

2016 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class

At the world première in Guangzhou and the presentation in Los Angeles, the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is being unveiled almost simultaneously in its two key markets of the USA and China. The vehicle makes its début at Auto Guangzhou and the Los Angeles Auto Show just hours apart. At 5453 mm long and with a wheelbase of 3365 mm, the flagship of the Mercedes-Benz model range is 20 cm larger in both dimensions than the S-Class Saloon with long wheelbase. Rear passengers benefit from this increased size as well as from standard equipment that includes executive seats on both left and right and other exclusive details such as innovative voice amplification. In the rear, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is also the world's quietest production saloon car.
"The history of prestige vehicles made by Daimler extends back to the earliest days of the motor car. We have now commenced a new chapter with the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class," points out Ola Källenius, member of the Divisional Board of Mercedes-Benz Cars responsible for sales. "As an addition to the portfolio of S-Class saloons, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class sets new standards in the luxury segment. The vehicle satisfies the very highest requirements in terms of exclusivity appointments and comfort."

2014 Audi Prologue Concept

Audi is launching into a new design era: At the Los Angeles Auto Show, Marc Lichte, Head of Design, is presenting the Audi prologue concept car. Lichte is giving the Audi brand a new styling direction in the large coupe. “When he moved to Audi, Marc Lichte launched a design offensive,” says Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, Board Member for Development, who brought him to Ingolstadt in 2014. “His clear philosophy and precise understanding of Audi DNA let him develop a design strategy that is opening up entirely new perspectives for us. It is progressive and highly emotional; it expresses the technological competence and quality claim of the brand perfectly. The Audi prologue is its first proponent – it is a ‘signature car’ for Audi.”
