With the arrival of the new Golf TDI BlueMotion, Volkswagen is launching one of the most fuel-efficient cars of our time. This Golf is powered by a new direct-injection turbodiesel (TDI) with 81 kW / 110 PS. The four-cylinder engine consumes only 3.2 l/100 km; this value represents a 15 per cent improvement in fuel economy compared to the already extraordinarily fuel-efficient previous model. The CO2 emissions of the Golf TDI BlueMotion stand at 85 g/km, one of the best values worldwide for automobiles with combustion engines. Despite all the efficiency: the Golf TDI BlueMotion, which has a top speed of 200 km/h, is a true five-seat multi-talent that offers safe, comfortable and agile transportation to its passengers in their professional and private lives. Refuelling becomes a minor matter: given its 50-litre fuel tank and 3.2 l/100 km fuel consumption, the Golf TDI BlueMotion has a theoretical driving range of more than 1,500 kilometres.

2013 BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe UK
BMW will expand the 6 Series range to three models in June 2012 with the introduction of the Gran Coupé. BMW’s first four-door coupé combines the elegant and sporty appearance of a classic grand tourer with the space and ease of access of an executive saloon.
A new 450hp V8 heads a range of three TwinPower Turbo engines, which also includes six-cylinder petrol and six-cylinder diesel powerplants. All three engines drive through an eight-speed automatic transmission and come with the full suite of EfficientDynamics technologies, including Auto Start-Stop, ensuring highly responsive performance goes hand-in-hand with low fuel consumption and emissions. Extensive use of aluminium in the body and chassis reduces weight and ensures that the 6 Series Gran Coupé has the agility and precision expected of a BMW.

2013 BMW 6-Series 640i and 640d Gran Coupe
Introducing the 2013 BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe – a new 4-door, 4+1 seat addition to the 6 Series line that successfully combines the stunning proportions, design and driving dynamics of the 6 Series Coupe with interior room and amenities for up to five passengers. 2014 Volkswagen Golf R Cabriolet
For at least a decade now the “R” model identifier has referred to the most powerful Volkswagen cars in the compact class. So far, they have always been cars with solid steel roofs and some with sliding sunroofs. Now, Volkswagen is introducing an open-top R model for the first time: the new Golf R Cabriolet. This sports car will be delivered to customers by spring 2013; and these early purchasers will be driving the most powerful and fastest Golf Cabriolet cars ever. Tremendous propulsive power is generated by a 2.0-litre turbo engine with direct petrol injection (TSI) that develops 195 kW / 265 PS. Maximum torque is just as important to dynamic performance: from a low 2,500 rpm, the crankshaft of the TSI thrusts 350 Nm of torque to the standard 6-speed dual clutch gearbox (DSG). This high torque level remains constant up to 5,000 rpm: an impressive torque characteristic and highly agile handling properties are key ingredients of the new Golf R Cabriolet.
